The League of Women Voters, a centrist voter information service puts out much necessary information including urging participation, particularly informed participation in elections. They present candidates and issues through neighborhood forums. It is an excellent service. Of course I would love it if my people were able to accumulate this much support to be able to contact the electorate – but that’s the kind of access accused as totalitarian by our Owners’ government, media, schools, neighborhoods, Left access. So I participate fervently in The League’s activities, in these forums and some of the meetings. The meetings are on studies of, for example, the Robert Reich position that The Rich – that is, the wealthy, the people who own the power to get and stay wealthy – should be nice.
They study and teach as well about the environmental problems, about education problems, and the usual topics as they rise in the communities.
They maintain internet pages for candidates. I access those whenever I make myself a candidate. I am regularly a candidate for Peace and Freedom Party’s Alameda County and State Central Committees. Also, I make myself a candidate for Berkeley School Director, the Berkeley, Ca. school Board. These are links to the LoWV’s pages. I’ve also included a reduced format of those pages so I can put it onto WordPress’s pages. My life-work doesn’t give me the time to study how to do WordPress enough to be able to learn how to include the actual page. For being ‘simple’ – what WP says about itself, it, like so much on the internet, is infinitely complicated. – well, takes too much time to learn – like getting a new phone….
The format I’ve posted is badly manipulated. I can’t make it look intelligible – but I do want to convey the content of the hot pages, here.

The Rich are not you and I. Tax The Rich. 1st world are controlled by being made to think they’ll be rich/The Rich – if they just do the right thing. This makes them fear tax increases. But we’re not The Rich, The Ruling Class, the capitalists, who own Earth and our labor. The Rich fear getting taxed because they’re afraid we’ll recognize their privilege vs. our organizing to spread the wealth.
